Summertime Reminder
Summer is a great time to relax with friends and family. Please keep in mind that our community swimming pool, sundeck, grilling and picnic areas are open from 8:30AM – 9:00PM. Prior to closing, please gather your personal belongings at the time of closure so that our Courtesy Officer David can lock the pool gates at that time.

Beautify Our Community
The Brentmoor management staff loves to add new additions to our community for all of our residents to enjoy. Don't forget to check out our new courtyard water fountain! So that all of our resident may enjoy this new water feature, please refrain from throwing rocks, garbage and cigarettes into the fountain.
Hey, Soccer Players!
We know how much fun soccer is to play, however we much ask all players to relocate their soccer game to another area of our community. Because playing in the parking lots can potential be dangerous and can damage vehicles and personal property, we do not allow any sports to be played in the parking lot. Please utilize the area near our sand volleyball courts for this and other sports fun!
Rent Payment Reminder
Rent is due by Wednesday, August 5, 2015 and is considered late on Thursday, August 6, 2015. Online payments must be submitted / paid before 11:59PM on 8/5/2015 to avoid a 5% late fee.
If circumstances prevent you from paying rent on or before August 5th, the rent is LATE and the resident must pay the ENTIRE balance, including the 5% late fee. Payment must be in the form of a cashier’s check / money orders.
If a payment for late rent is submitted online, the entire balance must be paid in full!
