Rent Reminder:
Rent is due by Saturday, September 5, 2015 and late on Monday, September 7, 2015. If circumstances prevent you from paying rent on or before September 5th, your rent is LATE and you must pay the ENTIRE balance, including the 5% late fee. Payment must be in the form of a cashier’s check or money orders. If you’d like to pay your late rent online, the ENTIRE balance must be paid in full!

If you choose to make an online payment, payments must be submitted / paid before 11:59PM on 9/5/2015 to avoid a 5% late fee.

Visit Westdaleresidents.com and register your account using your Resident Code (^UserCode^) and email (^UserEmailAddress^).

We can all work together to ensure everyone is able to have the enjoyment in the comfort of their own home.

BALCONIES/PATIOS: Please keep your outdoor living areas (balconies and patios) free from clutter. Please refrain from hanging clothes from the balcony railing or hanging bird feeders in your patio. 

NOISE TRANSMISSION: 

Due to the nature of living in close quarters to the neighbors around you, there may be the potential for noise transmission. Please be mindful of your neighbors above, below and beside you, especially those of which you share a common wall with!

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00pm – 8:00am. Please keep loud activity in your home at a minimum. When entering the community, lower the volume of your music so that it does not disrupt your neighbors in their home.
